Chapter 01

We teach the student, not the syllabus.

Small classes. Named attention. A teacher who knows which child is quietly struggling with quadratics and which one has been reading ahead since August.

Everything else — the labs, the debating floor, the WAEC results, the offers from Lagos, Ibadan and abroad — follows from that one commitment.

Four routes through the senior years

Streams are chosen in Year 10 with a counsellor, a parent and the student in the same room.

    Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Further Maths

    Double-period practicals from Year 10, with a dedicated WAEC lab schedule.

    Arts & Humanities

    Literature, Government, History, French

    Weekly debating floor. Essays marked in conversation, not in red ink alone.

    Commercial

    Economics, Accounting, Commerce

    A live trading simulation runs each term, judged by Lagos alumni.

    Technical

    Electrical, Technical Drawing, Computer Studies

    Supervised work on real control panels — safety certified, hands on.

    A campus morning: sit in on a lesson, meet a form teacher, take a short placement assessment.
